Common advanced ceramic seal ring can be made of silicon carbide, zirconia, silicon nitride, aluminum oxide, and other materials. They are commonly used for high-precision sealing accessories such as pumps, ceramic studs and so on.
Vertical mill ceramic seal ring vulcanizes wear-resistant ceramics in rubber according to a certain layout. This structure makes full use of the wear-resistance of ceramics and the high toughness and sealing property of rubber. It has been proved by many cement plants. Its service life is equivalent to that of imported sealing rings.
