Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide (NBSiC) products have been widely used in nonferrous metal smelting (especially electrolytic aluminum), iron-making blast furnaces, submerged arc furnaces, kiln furniture, thermal power and mining industries.

The main NBSiC products include electrolytic cell sidewall bricks, flow port bricks, cooling wall inlaid bricks, waist and belly bricks, tuyere bricks, shed plates, vertical columns, saggers, riser pipes, degassing rotors, protective sleeves, crucibles, reaction tanks, and large reduction furnace muffles. NBSiC products also include the wear-resistant flow passage parts and other special-shaped products.

Refractory bricks
Refractory bricks are mainly used in electrolytic aluminum, iron making blast furnace, submerged arc furnace and other industries.

Kiln furniture
Kiln furniture are mainly used in ceramic grinding wheels, high alumina products, medium aluminum ceramic balls, industrial kilns, electronic ceramics, high-voltage electric ceramics, sanitary ware, household ceramics, nitriding alloys, foam ceramics and other industries.

Irregular shaped products
Irregular shaped products are mainly used in nonferrous metallurgy casting, thermal power, submerged arc furnace, industrial kiln, powder processing, environmental protection, zinc smelting, zinc powder manufacturing and special pump industries. They can be also used as the pulverized coal concentrator in thermal power plant.

Super filter
The production adopts the largest electric heating nitriding furnace sintering equipment in China. The combustion is automatically controlled by a microcomputer which can achieve automatic data acquisition successfully. Various NBSiC products at the temperature of 1450 degree can be produced in this situation. The production technique and complete set of equipment have been proved by the Science and Technology Department, which ensures the advanced product quality and performance.
