1. It has good wear resistant performance with long service life. Its wear resistance is 3-5 times that of steel sieve plate and more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber sieve plate.
2. The maintenance workload is small. The polyurethane sieve plate is not easy to be damaged, which lead to the long service life. Thus, it can greatly reduce the amount of maintenance and maintenance losses.
3. The total cost is low. Although the one-time investment of polyurethane sieve plate with the same specification (area) is higher than that of stainless steel sieve plate (about 2 times), the service life of polyurethane sieve plate is 3-5 times that of stainless steel sieve plate.
