Product description:

Ceramic cylinder products refer to cylindrical quartz ceramic products with flange at one end. Its sizes are within the range of Φ 800-1500 × 1600-3000mm. The products are made from fused silica ceramic material. They are non-magnetic and non-conductive. Under high vacuum conditions, the material does not leak. The long-term use temperature is not lower than 600 ℃. Shandong Yinggui Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd is the only Chinese enterprise to develop and produce the large sized fused silica ceramic cylinders.

Fused silica ceramic hollow roller

Ceramic roller for float glass production

Ceramic roller is an important part of float glass production line. Its material and performance has directly influence on the quality of float glass products. Ceramic roller can be used as the transition roll and annealing roll of float glass production line, which can replace heat-resistant steel and asbestos roller. In addition, ceramic rollers can be also used as Tee in zinc smelting industry, the ceiling tiles in production process and the support for electronic industry.

Main characteristics

Low thermal conductivity
It can reduce the supercooling of the edge and bottom surface of the glass ribbon and eliminate stress cracks.
High surface finish
Fused silica ceramic roller has high surface finish which does not adhere to tin ash. It effectively reduces defects, such as nodulation on the glass surface and so on.
No deformation at high temperature
Fused silica ceramic roller does not deform at high temperature, which greatly improves the glass products’ quality.

Quartz ceramic shutter

Advantages:

By changing the flow rate of glass in the center of flow channel, the inclusions and defects are pushed to both sides of the glass plate. Based on corrosion of refractory materials in the flow channel, KSINO can design a shutter to change the flow of liquid glass and the atmosphere of the flow channel. KSINO can customize shutters with special shapes and sizes according to our techniques.

Electric silicon steel industry

Quartz ceramic roller is used in glass horizontal tempering furnace and metallurgical strip heat treatment furnace, which can be used to support and transport glass or metal strips.
