Fused silica ceramic crucibles

Fused silica ceramic crucibles can be used for melting special glass, non-ferrous metallurgy and calcination of rare earth, high-purity alumina (gem grade), battery materials, etc.

Fused silica ceramic crucibles play the key role in polysilicon ingot furnace for solar cells. They can be used as the containers for polysilicon raw materials. Such kind of crucibles work continuously at a high temperature of 1550 ℃ to melt it. Its use conditions are extremely harsh, which leads extremely strict requirements on the purity, strength, microstructure, high-temperature performance, thermal shock stability and dimensional accuracy of the crucible. Float glass production

Quartz ceramic cover brick

Depending on mature technique, KSINO can produce a whole cover plate with a length of 3000mm and a width of 600mm. It will also decrease the joints and improve the sealing performance.

The product has excellent thermal shock stability. Under the normal working temperature of the flow channel, this product can enable the staff to replace the cover plate in the least time, which is conducive to reducing the downtime and improving the production efficiency.

Quartz ceramic shutter

Advantages:

By changing the flow rate of glass in the center of flow channel, the inclusions and defects are pushed to both sides of the glass plate. Based on corrosion of refractory materials in the flow channel, KSINO can design a shutter to change the flow of liquid glass and the atmosphere of the flow channel. KSINO can customize shutters with special shapes and sizes according to our techniques.

Quartz ceramic roller is used in glass horizontal tempering furnace and metallurgical strip heat treatment furnace, which can be used to support and transport glass or metal strips.
