RSiC Rollers
Application
The main application fields: high-temperature alumina zirconia products, daily ceramics, sanitary ware, electric porcelain, electronic ceramics, honeycomb ceramics, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. RSiC, silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide (SNBSiC) products, reaction sintered silicon carbide (RBSiC) products and others are widely used in high-temperature kilns such as household porcelain, electric porcelain, sanitary porcelain, etc. They are mainly used in thermocouple protective sleeve, hydrogen measuring probe and other instrument fields, as well as cyclone sand settling nozzle, wear-resistant lining and other wear-resistant fields. They are also used in phosphorus chemical melting pool and other chemical industry, high temperature corrosion resistance and other fields. RSiC and NBSiC beams have excellent high temperature bearing capacity, good dimensional stability and resistance to corrosion. They are especially suitable for bearing structural beams in thermal kilns.
