Features and advantages
►The SSiC silicon carbide crucible/sagger has a smooth surface because of its submicron fine crystal structure and manufacturing process, and the common surface can reach Ra<1.6, which is beneficial to avoid being eroded by molten liquid.
►The SSiC silicon carbide crucible has high purity (more than 99% SiC content) and will not pollute materials.
►High temperature resistant SSiC silicon carbide crucible, with good thermal stability, can be used up to 1650 ℃ (air atmosphere) or 1950 ℃ (nitrogen or argon protective atmosphere).
►Excellent thermal shock resistance,. Due to the high thermal conductivity and good thermal shock performance, the SSiC silicon carbide crucible can adapt to the rapid change of process temperature.
