Main characteristics
•Transflux parts are made of wear-resistant ceramic materials. Its wear resistance is more than 3 times that of high chromium wear-resistant alloy and its hardness is as high as 9 Mohs hardness, which is second only to diamond.
•By cooperating with well-known domestic institutions, the pump impeller profile is designed according to the internationally most advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow velocity ratio theory, which has high efficiency.
•Shaft seal can adopt KSINO’s unique patented technology of "self circulating cooling combined mechanical seal" according to the working conditions, without packing. Thus, it can achieve zero maintenance and ensure the effect of no leakage. The traditional auxiliary impeller+packing seal shaft seal can also be used.
•Ceramic transflux parts have high hardness, which are not affected by cavitation phenomenon. They are resistant to cavitation and have a long service life.
•Ceramic transflux parts wears slowly, which can reduce fluid loss of pumps and save energy and consumption.

Metal slurry pump

Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant desulfurization pump
According to the actual characteristics of wet flue gas desulfurization industry and mine, Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant desulfurization pump is the new generation of high efficiency, energy saving and corrosion resistant desulfurization pumps jointly developed with well-known domestic colleges and universities. It is produced based on analysis results on advantages and disadvantages of similar products at home and abroad.
This series of pumps has a wide range of applications. They are suitable for conveying flue gas desulfurization with solid particles in power, steel, coal, alumina, smelting, paper making, building materials and other industries. This series of pumps can be used as slurry circulating pump of FGD unit absorption tower, limestone slurry pump, gypsum slurry delivery pump, wastewater pump, emergency slurry pump, and so on. According to the requirements of different working conditions, the desulfurization slurry circulating pump of the absorption tower provides Cr30, CD-4MCu, 2605, 2205, 304, 316, 316L and other materials. Transflux parts adopts full metal structure, which has small hydraulic friction loss. Compared with non-metallic pumps with the same parameters, it has higher efficiency.
