According to actual needs, the lining can be made of silicon carbide ceramics produced by different processes such as clay bonding, silicon oxide bonding and others. Thermal insulation composite high-temperature furnace flue gas pipe of SiC linings anf steel casting
The internal insulation composite high-temperature furnace flue gas pipe of SiC linings anf steel casting is used to extract high-temperature furnace flue gas from the boiler and deliver it to the fan pulverizer, which is to dry the water in the coal by using heat of high-temperature furnace flue gas. Its structure is mainly composed of silicon carbide ceramics, thermal insulation materials, support structure and external steel pipe, including straight pipe, bent pipe and single (dual) direction compensator. It can be widely used in the transportation of gas-solid two-phase media below 1350 ℃.

SiC are sintered at high temperature. They are mechanically connected to the external steel pipe without falling off. Expansion joints and seals are set inside to realize self compensation. In operation process, the product has slight worn, which is effective to improve the equipment reliability, and reduce the operating cost. With simple structure, the product is easy to install and achieves the long service life with over 30 years.
