►The SSiC ceramic nozzle shall undergo strict density, size and surface fluorescent penetrant testing before delivery.
►The density of silicon carbide ceramic is 3.15g/cm3, the Vickers hardness is above 23GPa, it is highly wear-resistant and does not introduce metal ions. The service life of silicon carbide ceramic nozzle can reach more than one year, which is more than 2 times higher than that of alloy nozzle (varying according to different media).
