The multi-layer high-frequency vibrating screen adopts the internationally advanced design concept and the forced multi-channel slurry distribution mode, which reduces the slurry flow rate on the screen surface, with long service life, compact structure and low noise. Compared with hydrocyclone, the classification efficiency is more than 80%. Due to high classification efficiency and less return of qualified products, raw ore feeding can be increased, and the system processing capacity can be improved by 10-20%. It can reduce the over crushing of ores and increase the metal recovery rate by 1-3%. Some rare metals can reach 10%. The reduced quantity of recalling products is important to save the useless work of returned materials. It only needs to flow into the ore feeding end directly from the feeding end. It does not need to feed ore under pressure, which saves about 20% energy compared with the cyclone.

The screening products can be made of rubber and polyurethane according to the customer's on-site needs.

Baseband:

The framework material adopts polyester cotton impregnated canvas (EP canvas and steel rope core) and transverse rigid reinforcement layer. The transverse rigid reinforcing layer is useful to solve the collapse of conveyor belt with large side wall.

Side wall: Based on the side wall’s function and the operation characteristics of the overall belt, KSINO has taken measures such as increasing the glue content of the side wall, pasting nylon cloth inside the side wall as the skeleton layer and so on. KSINO also enhances the bending resistance and tear resistance of side wall in order to improve the product service life.

Diaphragm: By adopting the technique of mixing rubber, fiber composite materials,

and enhanced impact resistance, the diaphragm has high stiffness and high hardness in order to avoid deformation caused by large force.

Bonding of baseband, side wall and diaphragm: By adopting advanced technology of double synchronous low temperature continuous vulcanization, it improves the bonding strength and avoids the aging of the base belt caused by repeated high temperature vulcanization.

The bolt connection technique is adopted between the side wall and diaphragm. It does not only solve the problem of material leakage caused by large angle lifting, but also improves the belt rigidity.
