Due to the poor corrosion resistance and wear resistance, easy penetration and short service life of the thickened wear-resistant cast steel elbow, the elbow penetration shall be repaired and replaced regularly, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. In order to solve the abrasion problem of the transmission pipeline, the anti-wear method of sectionalized cutting, pasting wear-resistant ceramic chips, and then butt welding restoration was used for the transmission pipeline that is easy to wear in the past. However, due to the limited effective use time of the ceramic patch adhesive, once the adhesive fails, a large number of ceramic patches fall off, resulting in rapid wear of the transmission pipeline, which increases the safety risks and maintenance workload for the power plant.
However, our company adopts a special process, which uses silicon carbide to cast in the pipeline as a whole, forming in one time, without falling off, weak links, wear resistance and erosion resistance. It can reduce the abrasion and corrosion of air flow, dust and granular materials on the inner wall of equipment and pipes, improve the service life of equipment and pipes, which is 2-3 times longer than that of wear-resistant steel pipes, reduce the maintenance of users, and have good safety and reliability.
