Zirconia tube and ball valve
Application
Zirconia ceramics belong to a new type of ceramics. Zirconia ceramics are mainly divided into three types: magnesium stabilized manger ceramics, cerium stabilized zirconia ceramics and yttrium stabilized zirconia ceramics; Because of its excellent physical and chemical properties, it has become a research hotspot in the field of scientific research. Zirconia has the characteristics of high specific gravity, high toughness, high strength and fine original grain size of raw materials, with excellent wear resistance. Its wear resistance is 266 times of manganese and 1715 times of high chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended at least ten times. But its density is 6gcm3, which can greatly reduce the equipment load, so it has been widely used in industrial production. Zirconia ceramics are formed by dry pressing, isostatic pressing, grouting, hot pressing casting, tape casting, injection molding, plastic extrusion, colloidal solidification, etc. The most widely used are injection molding and dry pressing.
